Rail insulators are used on both sides of the rails both for adjusting rail spacing and for insulation of fasteners and rails. As an important fastening component, it is applicable to high-speed or high-load trains. Due to the use of insulation material, it is particularly wearable, playing a role in buffering.
Rail insulators apply to UIC60, UIC54,115RE, 136RE, BS100A, BS80A, 90R, 75R, 50R, 60R and many other rails. The material is PA6 or PA66, with 20%~35% of glass fiber content, ultraviolet-proof, and can be used in natural color or as requested.

We can provide E-type rail insulators, SKL rail insulators and Nabla rail insulators.
E-type rail insulators are used in E-type rail fastening system, in combination with E-clips, rail shoulders and rail pads. Its function is buffering the pressure on the rails caused by travelling trains and allowing the rails return to original position, equivalent to rail pad under the rails.
SKL rail insulators are also called angle guide plates, used in SKL fastening systems, combined with SKL tension clips, screw spikes, plastic dowels, flat washers and rail pads.
Nabla rail insulators are used in Nabla clip rail fastening systems, working together with other fastener parts including Nabla clips, screw spikes.
